A Magical Journey
Sunday morning, embark on an adventurous day trip by country road and motorized canoe along the Pachitea River to the Aguas Termales Reserve to be welcomed by Maestro Santiago Enrrique and family at Santuario Huishtin. Take an orientation tour of the centre and then relax and take in the magical beauty of this unique setting that features the famous “Boiling River of the Amazon.”
Monday: Intro to Vegetalismo
Attend a presentation about the magical world of the Vegetalismo with Maestro Santiago Enrrique. Learn about the tools of an Amazon healer. Later, take a baño de floricimiento (floral bath) to purge negative energies and cleanse the mind and body.Â
Before bed, take a cold extraction of ajo sacha for dreaming and detoxification.
Tuesday: Explore the Reserve
After breakfast, meet with the Maestro for your first integration session. After lunch, explore the famous boiling river and hot waterfalls and take a walk to see an unusual salt water river, the Cachiyacu. Take a photography workshop with Patrick.
Wednesday: Botanical Hike
After breakfast, take a botanical hike with the maestro to identify many fascinating species of medicinal plants and trees on the reserve. Later, prepare for your second ceremony at dusk.
Thursday: Peace and Tranquility
Learn how to prepare medicines from “teacher plants” from the botanical gardens, including Ayahuasca with Maestro Enrrique and his family. Prepare an for an Ayahuasca ceremony that evening.
Friday: Continue Your Adventure
After breakfast, regroup for a farewell integration session with the maestro before heading back to Pucallpa. If you choose, you may want to continue the next day with an add-on day trip of Pucallpa or a Ucayali ecotour and visit to Santa Clara Shipibo community.Â

Take a fascinating ecotour of the Ucayali River to Visit Santa Clara, a unique Shipibo community dedicated to revitalizing their ancestral traditions.
